We are looking for a fulltime Digital Head of Sales with a strong digital drive who is ready to take part in and deliver our digital growth vision.
With direct reference to the CEO & CFO, you become part of a strong and committed management team and you will have an enthusiastic sales team to operate the sales channels.
You will develop customers, markets, channels and the organization for growth and be responsible for the sales team, distributors and all sales channels, including retail with a focus on developing digital platforms and existing channels. A significant part of this responsibility will be KAM development, online marketplaces and sales on existing as well as new markets. You must ensure that marketing and sales work in an integrated manner, and actively contribute
to the collaboration with all managers in the company in order to realize our ambitious goals.
- Expand digital sales channels and build the dealer/ the distributor network
- Preparation of B2B sales strategy and go-to-market plans
- Follow-up on sales results, forecasts and pipeline pricing
- Develop new business models in connection with building new markets
- Growth management with an understanding of cost optimization
- Target and streamline sales processes to match customers’ changing needs
- Ensure customer loyalty and training of dealers/ distributors through IJH Academy
We imagine you have several years of experience in digital sales and business development from a similar position, that you are ambitious wanting to continue growing your skills and responsibility. We expect you to be data driven, lead by numbers having great communication and language skills e.g. written and spoken Danish and English.
Knowledge from fashion and lifestyle products is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a drive, are outgoing, cooperative and result oriented. You are a merchant with a capital M who pursues growth targets and creates momentum
in sales across digital infrastructures, markets and countries.
