We are searching for an E-commerce Manager for a Copenhagen-based premium beauty, lifestyle and design company with international growth ambitions

We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our Shopify ecosystem and play a key role in accelerating the growth of our international direct-to-consumer business.
Based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of our e-commerce business while continuously optimizing the customer journey, onsite experience, and commercial results.
You will work closely with management, creative teams, marketing specialists, and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience and continued digital growth across international markets.
This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You enjoy working with data and technology, but you are equally passionate about creating inspiring customer experiences that drive conversion, loyalty, and long-term growth.
Your responsibilities
•Own the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Shopify ecosystem.
•Drive onsite merchandising, including collection structures, navigation, product presentation, and content optimization.
•Plan, coordinate, and execute product launches, campaigns, promotions, seasonal activations, and sales periods.
•Own and manage the e-commerce campaign and launch calendar.
•Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and CRM teams to deliver inspiring and high-performing digital experiences.
•Continuously optimize the customer journey across homepage, product pages, cart, and checkout.
•Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through A/B testing, UX improvements, and customer journey enhancements.
•Monitor webshop performance and analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial results.
•Drive performance improvements across conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, and overall online revenue.
•Support SEO initiatives and ensure best practices across content, site structure, and performance.
•Manage and optimize the Shopify app ecosystem and contribute to future platform development.
•Ensure quality assurance and testing of new functionalities, campaigns, and platform updates.
•Support international growth initiatives through Shopify Markets and localized customer experiences.
Who are you?
You are commercially minded, analytical, and passionate about digital commerce. You understand what creates growth in modern e-commerce businesses and enjoy transforming insights into actions that improve customer experience and business performance.
You combine a strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you can make a visible impact.
We believe you will succeed in this role if you:
•Have 4–8 years of experience within e-commerce, digital commerce, or online retail.
•Ideally come from a beauty, lifestyle, design, premium consumer goods, or strong DTC brand environment.
•Have hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
•Possess strong knowledge of CRO, UX, customer journeys, merchandising, and digital performance optimization.
•Understand SEO, analytics, campaign execution, and customer acquisition principles.
•Are data-driven and comfortable working with KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
•Have experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
•Are proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.
•Have a natural curiosity for digital trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven opportunities.
•Communicate fluently in English. Danish is considered an advantage.
