As Sales Director it is your job to define the overall B2B sales strategy in collaboration with the CCO. You’ll also be the maestro behind the day-to-day executional playbook for the sales team. Last but not least, you will identify and prioritize the main challenges that need to be fixed in order for the team to realize their full potential. You are backed up with support from Marketing, Operations, BI analysts, and Finance to help you and the team reach their goals. Your great passion and energy will help be key in pushing the team to realize their potential and goals.
Konges Sløjd is a global brand, adored by customers across more than 65 markets. Your responsibility will be global, with a strong focus on a mature European market, and an emerging business in both Asia and the US.
Today the B2B sales team consists of 8 Sales Executives, 2 Customer Service Specialists, and 1 Key Account Coordinator. The team will expand to approx. 15 FTEs within the next 12 months.
The Sales Director is a part of the Commercial Management Team in Commercial which reports to the CCO. The team consists of 3 colleagues: a Commercial Operations Manager, an E-com Director, and the Sales Director.
- Define and execute the sales strategy
- Business development on existing and new accounts, products, markets, and geographical areas
- Organize all sales and marketing activities
- Set goals and KPI’s for the team and follow up
- Leading and developing the team
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
- Structured and able to maintain a cool head in hectic times – helping the team prioritize
- Experience with writing the playbook for a B2B sales team
- Hands-on experience with going from start-up to scale-up business; alternatively, having been part of a well-executed turn-around
- People management experience – you’ll have a lot of stakeholders
- English is a must and Danish is an advantage
